Session Information

Sessions can happen by phone, Skype, or in-person. This can be negotiated between the coach and client.

Step one – book a sample session:

Use the form  at left to contact Force of Nature about getting a free sample session.  It’s easier to show you what coaching is, than to explain it in words. Try it out and see if it’s for you, and if you and the coach ‘click’.

Step two – agreement:

Once you have decided to enter a coaching partnership, you will need to complete a Client Agreement and New Client Questionnaire.  These need to be completed prior to the first session.

Step three – discovery:

You will book a two hour ‘Discovery’ session (normal coaching rates), in which you will work on some of the fundamental pieces of your life as a human being – values, life vision, goals and ‘helpers’.  In this session, you and your coach will ‘design the alliance’ and make clear how you want to work together.

Step four – fortnightly sessions:

Depending on whether you have a specific goal you are trying to achieve, or if you are wanting to work through general life issues, your coach will act as your partner in your coaching quest.

Homework:

You will be required to do homework between sessions – sometimes this will be actions, and sometimes this will be contemplation of a question through your ‘everyday’ life.

“Coaching is what happens between the sessions.”

Rates

Force of Nature Coaching represents a passion for self-development and through that, the creation of a better planet.  We will endeavour to work with anyone who wants coaching.  For this reason, the rates below are negotiable depending on your circumstances.

1:1 Life Coaching

CA$125 per session (30-60 minutes)/ CA$250 per month (two sessions)

Facilitation / Workshops

CA$300 per session (90-120 minutes)

A coaching partnership can last as long as the client is getting value from the relationship.  A minimum commitment of six months (12 sessions) is recommended, as this allows time to create new behaviour and thought patterns, which in turn create lasting change.

“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
